Comment on: About Student Financial Aid

Are there any grants for funding for extra reading training for children.  I have a child who needs to learn to read and what the school system is doing is not working to increase he abilitly to read.  I would love to send her to a program like Sillvan Learning but it costs way to much.  Thanks for any information.
